Brief

Biaxial mats are a stitch-bonded, non-crimp, composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the warp (0°), weft (90°) plies into as a fabric.

A combination mat is a biaxial mat combined with a glass mat, synthetic core(PP), or surfacing veil for enhanced performance.

CHARACTERITICS

Combination mat meets injection, Vacuum infusion. Application in boats, vessels, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayak, jet-ski, wind blades., etc.

  • Reinforcement material: fiberglass yarn.

  • Resin flow material: PP layer.

  • Total weight from : 300 to 2500 g/m2.

  • Width from: 50 to 2600mm or submultiple cut.
