Brief

Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) Conductive Surfacing Veil(DymPan) is a non-woven veil made of polyester fiber needle punched together as a surfacing veil. Which applied in applications that require antistatic properties or otherwise benefit from specific surface resistivity.

By adding a conductive material to non-wovens, we can get a conductive surfacing veil. When an electric current passes through it, it will produce heat.

It was proved as the right & best suitable surface treatment material from customer.

It is applied in close moulding process: RTM, light RTM,Infusion Vacuum.

CHARACTERITICS

Polyester Surfacing Veil and Pan Surfacing Veil is the Dymriton range of surfacing veils for FRP industry.

  • DymPan is applied in close mold process: RTM, light RTM, Infusion Vacuum.

  • It is the first layer paved right against the gelcoat as the skin coat during processing.

  • It absorbing resin after infused, then the final product shows a more brighter and smooth. Perfect surface and without imprint coming from Fiber, and/or stitching yarn.

APPLICATION

  • Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) conductive surfacing veil is specially designed for chemical and petrochemical industries. It is a conductive surface felt designed for “spark testing” of thermoplastic welding in double-layer pressure tanks and pipelines.

  • Corrosion resistant or electrostatic dissipation layer is usually an important part of fiber reinforced plastic pipeline and storage tank.

  • Our materials used in industry products need to enhance corrosion resistance and surface thermoplastic welding test static loss.

  • Our polyacrylonitrile(PAN) conductive surfacing veils and mats utilize the conductive properties of surface felt and metal fibers to achieve a range of surface and overall conductivity in composite components.

  • Our products range from a mixture of surface electrostatic dissipation to EMI / RFI shielding, to fine-tuned radar signal management.

  • The mixture with non-conductive fibers can obtain the best conductivity and cost. High conductivity nickel coated carbon has a high level of electromagnetic and RF interference attenuation.
