Vacuum Bagging Film
Vacuum Bagging Film is a multi-layer composite special film. It has high strength and large elongation, can directly contact the resin, and is mainly used for room temperature molding, vacuum injection and pre-compaction of composite materials. It is widely used in wind energy shipbuilding and aviation fields.

Release Cloth
Release cloth is a high-strength plain cloth with red or blue tracer lines. The product has high strength, and after washing and heat setting, the surface is clean and pollution-free, and has good demoulding properties. Provide the product with a grinding-free rough surface, which is easy to bond or paint later. It is widely used in the vacuum forming process of saturated resin and unsaturated resin.

Guide Net
The guide net is a mesh drainage medium made of polypropylene resin or polyethylene resin. It is easy to lay flat, has a fast guide speed, less resin residue, saves costs, and reduces labor intensity. This product can be cut at will and is suitable for products of different shapes. It has low consumption and good economy, so it is widely used in vacuum infusion molding process.

Isolation Film
Isolation Film is a product made of polyethylene as a cast film. The product is widely used in vacuum infusion process surface demolding due to its smooth surface, excellent physical and mechanical properties, uniform transparency, low heat shrinkage and good demolding properties.

Breathable Release Film
The breathable release film is a nano-porous breathable film. Through the use of special nano-porous breathable materials and advanced production processes, a high-tech gas-liquid separation membrane is formed on the surface of the substrate, which allows gas to pass through while blocking liquid. This product is suitable for vacuum infusion molding processes, enabling continuous air extraction while preventing resin loss. It is especially recommended for use in blade production processes.

Guide Mesh Isolation Film (Composite Type)
Guide Mesh Perforated Isolation Film Composite Material is a product that uses a special environmentally friendly adhesive to composite the guide mesh and the perforated isolation film. Traditional guide mesh and perforated isolation film need to be laid in batches, while this product only needs to be laid once, saving labor costs and improving production efficiency. It can be cut at will, suitable for products of different shapes, with low loss and good economy, and is widely used in vacuum infusion molding process.

Sealing tape (room temperature)

Product Overview:
ATS125 sealing tape has high surface adhesion and good pressure-retaining sealing performance for various vacuum bags and composite tools. It is a cost-effective sealing tape.
Application:
1) Suitable for pre-evacuation process and vacuum curing process with temperature resistance within 120℃;
2) Adhesion and sealing between vacuum bags;
3) Adhesion and sealing between vacuum bags and composite tools, suitable for vacuum bag application and non-heating curing or low-temperature heating curing (room temperature ~ 120℃) in composite production.
