The Vacuum Infusion Process means that the resin is introduced into the mold through the power of vacuum for curing and molding. The core material, fiber material, demoulding cloth, guide net, vacuum bag film and other materials are laid flat on the mold in advance, and the vacuum in the system is extracted to form a negative pressure in the mold cavity.

The pressure generated by the vacuum is used to penetrate the resin layer by layer through the inlet tube, guide net, etc., so that the resin infiltrates the reinforcing material and finally fills the entire mold. After the product is cured, the vacuum bag material is removed and the desired product is obtained from the mold.

Compared with traditional manufacturing processes, the vacuum infusion molding process can make the product have very few bubbles. There is no excess resin left in the system, and the resulting product is lighter and stronger. The quality between batches is also very stable.

Vacuum Bagging Film is a copolymer film with high strength and elongation, so it can directly contact the resin and can be stretched on complex molds without folding and wrinkling, and has high vacuum efficiency. It is mainly used for vacuum forming, vacuum injection and pre-compacting of composite materials. The product has high barrier rate, high temperature resistance and high elongation at break. Yellow, thickness: 65±5μm, maximum use temperature 170℃.

Release Cloth is a high-strength, low-porosity, low-permeability nylon filament plain cloth with red or blue tracer lines. The product has high strength, and after washing and heat setting, the surface is clean and pollution-free. It has good demoulding properties and prevents vacuum bags from sticking to the product. It can significantly increase the shear force of structural bonding (bonding of resin-based composite materials and honeycomb, foam, and balsa wood sandwich) and is easy to spray paint later.

The guide net is an indispensable resin drainage medium for vacuum forming process. The guide net is laid after the demoulding cloth is laid. It is soft and easy to lay flat, which accelerates the flow of resin and allows the resin to penetrate into any part of the product evenly and quickly. It is low cost. It can be cut at will and is suitable for products of different shapes. Black, woven mesh type, weaving style: 3 vertical columns and 13 horizontal columns. Unit area: 160g±10%g/㎡, temperature resistance 120℃.

Sealing Tape has high adhesion to various vacuum bag films and composite molds. It is laid on the mold frame to ensure the sealing of the vacuum bag film. It is used for bonding and sealing between vacuum bags, or between vacuum bags and composite molds. It has excellent pressure-retaining waterproof sealing and temperature resistance during the resin curing cycle. At the same time, it has moderate viscosity and is very easy to remove from cold or warm mold surfaces after curing.

Wrapping pipe, also called spiral pipe. Made of PE material, strong in wear resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, easy installation, environmental protection and energy saving. Temperature resistance of 120℃. Mainly used for resin circulation and bag film internal exhaust pipe.

The resin feed pipe is a plastic pipe used to connect the resin injection port. It is oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, wear-resistant, aging-resistant and resistant to various chemical reagents. Made of PE material, it can withstand one atmosphere of pressure without deformation.
