Brief

Polyester DymIsolation Mat made by randomly dispersed Polyester(PET) surfacing veil, chopped glass fibre, woven roving.,etc. Two or multi type material made by needle punched together.

There is no stitching yarn or chemical binder on the whole mat surface.

CHARACTERITICS

Polyester DymIsolation mat meets Pultrusion, Infusion Vacuum, RTM., etc.

  • Thickness from: 1.6 to 8 mm.

  • Total weight from: 330 to 630 g/m2.

  • Width from:1250 to 2800mm or sub multiple cut.

  • Application in Truck fairings, RV parts, nacell shell, automotive parts, industrial compenents, etc.

POLYESTER DYMISOLATION MAT

  • First layer: Polyester(PET) surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.

  • Second layer: fiberglass yarn by 50mm randomly dispersed as a mat.

  • Third layer: Polyester(PET) surfacing veil weight 20-120 g/m2.

  • Total weight from: 360, 410, 660g/m2.

  • Total combined mat with no stitching yarn.

  • Width from: 50, 200, 250 to 2600mm or sub multiple cut.

  • Second layer: Chopped fiberglass yarn in 600g/m2.

  • Third layer: Polyester(PET) surfacing veil weight 70 g/m2.
